Recess housing for new construction. IC (insulation contact) rated for used in direct contact with thermal insulation. For use with trims accepting up to 75 watts in IC applications (90 watt maximum lamp when used with Model No. TRB30 trim). Non-IC rated when not in contact with thermal insulation. For use with trims accepting up to 150 watts in NON-IC applications. Features adjustable socket plate that can be removed for use with fully enclosed trim. Thermally protected housing to guard against overheating, pre-wired, UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) listed for damp locations. Ceiling opening 6-1/4 inches. For use with most Thomas 6 inch recess trims.
