Gas water heater with convertible control so water heater can be used for natural gas or LP gas. Standard vent, side inlet, top outlet. Sea level rated up to 10,100 altitude rating. 6 year tank and parts warranty. Side inlet and top outlet plumbing configuration Height measured to top of draft hood. The 6-30-GOMT and 6-40-GOMT are standard mobile home/manufactured housing units. Some mobile home/manufactured houses require a special direct vent from the bottom of the water heater.
